[Suggestion] Add a "Modify/Reply" button on submitted tickets for us to correct or modify. (And for your own good)

I made a ticket some hours ago,

the problem “solved”, but occured again on other placement (loading screen freeze).

I guess that should be known by the support team, but, post another ticket? Oh noes.
