This is one of my favorite features so please don’t take it away (it helps a lot when you have a buggy /w) and to be honest i’ld like to see the channel too.
I respect your wish to be avoid stalker so i won’t complain about it (as long as you can select which friends can/cannot know where you are) but i don’t see a really good reason to have this option, you can always remove/block someone if you have to.
Idk sometime just feel like need a private moment that no one on my friend list can look where I am at and I don’t need to block or unfriend them.
Just a suggestion to make it able to on/off though. Not remove whole thing.
That’s reasonable, the only thing i’ld like to add is an field where you can write a message to fill the location space.

Speaking about suggestions i’ld like to suggest a compact view for offline friends (like the image below).
As much as I am a nosey parker who loves to stalk and annoy my friends, I agree with the optional feature. It’s important to respect people’s privacy.
Well I guess it would be pretty easy to implement, but I don’t really understand why do you need to protect your “privacy” in a MMORPG? Lol

Wouldn’t a Show as Online/Offline switch just work? That way you can be online but not be seen as online, kinda.
Hi Saviors! I would really agree with all your input here, as it is for privacy reasons at times. We all need to be alone once in a while. I’ll make sure that our devs hear about this.
