Suggestion about Dispeller

Dispeller is an amazing item for PvE, but when in GvG it becomes really really OP. So I would suggest a 15s cooldown for this item each time a CC from player is done, so you can keep using for PvE and it don’t become OP on guild GvGs.

There’s too much and for too long CC. And there’s no any pvp-resists and low hp to stay alive in them. That’s why there’s so much skills that dispell and gives invul.
If there would be some 1vs1 arena in future then cooldown is needed.

Dispeller is unavailable in PvP Arena, and Plague Doctor can give CC immunity to an entire party.
90% of CCs are single target with a reasonable cooldown, but with everyone using dispeller on GvG force you to build full damage and Cryos, Hunters, Psychos, Linkers, Squires, Corsairs, and other classes loses their utility.
PD’s Bloodletting is already OP since your party becomes immune to CC alltime.

If IMC want a game where everyone can be immune to CC with low cost, why make classes that need them to play well like Cryo,Hunter and Psycho ?

I have’t tested everything in cbt, but some CC can’t be dispelled with scrolls. Corsairs hook for sure, have tested it. Actually i got a butthurt and was shoked when knew about them =)
