It’s the second time I noticed a sudden FPS drop (from 30 to 3, making it impossible to play).
During Beta my PC was running ToS pretty easily (with almost all options enabled), after “F2P Launch” I had to uncheck several options but it was running OK and then… kaboom, suddenly I had 3~5 FPS even in empty maps!
I had to tweak few options in the “user.xml” and even changed my resolution from 1366x768 to 1024x768 just to BARELY run ToS, and now even doing all this today my FPS suddenly dropped from 30 to 2~4 again!
Come on, I know this game is poorly optimized and this forum is crowded with topics about this, but one thing is “being able to run ToS” and another is “sudden performance loss”. I was able to play it just fine yesterday!
