Apparently, this passive skill also adds 1s per level to the Subzero Shield’s cool down. Was this intended? A case of failed translation? Or an actual bug? @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Max
I also checked the description in-game just in case. It’s the same as tosbase.
