Please can someone explain what are the benefits from from leveling Subzero Shield? I see none in the skill description… its really bad as it is.
It inflicts damage on enemies whenever you block an attack with a 50% chance of inflicting freeze. Good for tanks.
but I don’t understand how better it gets as you level it up
