Sub weapon buff works in staff?

I got a buff of 8.5% damage on sub-weapon in one of those red ichor. Since staffs are used by both, I ask myself if this buffs works in 2hnd weapons.

As Dark said it doesn’t work that way. Only works on sub weapons, and 2h weapons still count as main weapons
