Stupid? or a Genius Ranger build?

So… I saw the EZ mode solo C3 Archer full spr build. and I was thinking about this build.

Archer -> C3 Ranger -> Rogue -> Scout

stats: high str, mid dex, mid spr.

My idea is to spam Critical shot in 1 on 1 pvp.

Rogue for sneak hit ( I don’t know if it’s only for melee or also applicable in range) and scout for cloaking so that I can easily go behind the target.

what do you think?

Well since this is all about Crit Shot, and I played Ranger 3
Crit Shot in my experience is nothing more than a supercharged Auto-attack.

Lemme tell you the bad parts of Crit Shot

  1. It will eat your SP like spamming Oblique shot does, only it’s one target. And unless you’re super careful with your timing, aim(must face the right direction) and lag, you’ll miss a lot (wasted SP)
  2. If the Enemy has Block, the shot could bounce off for no damage at all.
  3. If the Enemy has Crit Res, you could simply be wasting SP for auto attack basically
  4. Crit shot also has a slight cast (bow draw) time like Full Draw lv 7? It feels slightly slower than an auto-attack, which leads me to my next point.
  5. At Ranger 3, Lv 15 Barrage and Spiral Arrow are much better contenders for burst damage. Spamming Crit shot simply takes too long.

Now, the few good parts

  1. It’s essentially a shot with supercharged crit rate. That means you can get equipments that simply boost Crit Attack and whoohoo you’re super awesome with crit shot. I still would doubt the single shot would beat a level 15 barrage in burst damage though.
  2. It’s cheap enough to use a good number of times in 1v1 PvP.

How about High Anchoring lv 10-15, Steady Aim lv 15, Bounce Shot, Spiral Arrow.
