Recently i “complete” the trial but my gohei didn’t turn blue,so i read some topics, and check the tutorial and notice after you complete interact with pillar on DP you won a “item”, in my case i didn’t win the item but the gohei msg appeared in my screen. Other fact, i collet the manahas spirits and didn’t appeared gohei msg, probably i bugged that 2 trial because i tried do again and the DP i can’t interact even i do 100 kill on floor 2, and the manahas i spend 2 hours there but no souls.
I sent a ticket to IMC and the reply is like " I don’t care, do yourself", so im here trying to figure out how to fix

Which is it? Did you collect the spirit in Manahas or not? Did you do the Demon Prison one correctly (server time+day)? For the ones that have the possibility of failure (the crystal mine and demon prison) there’s a waiting period if you mess it up.
