Stuck on enter team name

Team Name: NA

Character Name: NA

Bug Description : Am starting a new character on asia server but when i enter team name and click comeplete nothing happens and i dont go into the game. this doesnt happen in other region server, only asia W server.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. enter asia server
2. enter team name
3. click complete
4. click yes in ‘will you create’
5. nothing happens but complete button gets grayed out

Try a different name if possible. Maybe Smily was already taken
