So I noticed I’m slowly starting to slide behind in level with each new zone i get to. Currently lvl 26 and the next zone is level 32. Curious to know how to best get exp without the help of quests. Is it really just a matter of grinding mobs? If so is there a certain place I should be doing it around this level? Thanks for info.
edit: Have not been using any exp cards since someone told me to save them. Is this when i should be using them?
Yes, use them whenever you need the extra levels to start other quests.

Also after you get 32+ remember to go over to Orsha side (teleport scrolls sell in the shop)
And do those quests as well 
Ah can I really start from their lvl 1 quests? Do the people who started in orsha and the people who started in Kleip ever end up meeting in a zone? Or is it separate the whole game?
If you started in Klaip and go over to Orsha, you can skip the lvl 1 quests and go straight for the 30+ ones.
And I have no idea but its best to utilize both zones o.o
