Stuck in Royal Mausoleum 4F Loading Screen

Bug Description : Completed the quests on Royal Mausoleum 3F walked into the entrance for 4F, the loading screen goes about 1/3 of the way, then TOS just completely quits.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Walked into Royal Mausoleum 4F

I just want to confirm, that my issue was solved, by logging in to different pc, then restarting my own pc, and logging in using my own pc leaving the game stuck at 70% loading on the other pc.
