Stuck in Orsha Server since 2016

So, hi.
I stopped playing TOS back then when we got Server Transfers to SILUTE (SA) because IMC didn’t care at all to help me with a problem they themselves caused with their poor management skills.

Let me explain:
I have 2 steam accounts which i used to play TOS and they share the same e-mail. When we had our chance to ask for server transfers via ticket, the submission was email-based. This means that at the time i was only able to ask for ONE transfer even though I played with both accounts and had TP on them.
I asked for support via ticket and explained the situation, which, as you can see, didn’t help.

So, now we are in 2018 and i’m still stucked with this account on Orsha, even thought I play on Silute. This wouldnt bother me this much at all…IFFFF i didn’t have 938 TP on that account, lol.
So, is there any chance i could AT LEAST get my TP transfered to Silute? Since leveling is not that hard anymore, i could easily just create a toon in Silute and thats it.

Since the company intend to drag old players back, it would be a step in the right direction. Otherwise, i guess i’ll have to just accept that IMC still cannot handle this bizarre issues and there is no point in giving it a shot.

(And yes, i can provide screenshots of everything because, well, both accounts are mine and I still have the tickets…)

I do apologize for the account confusion and I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to transfer your second account to Silute. However, once TP is claimed on a character in game, similar to how DLCs work, we are unable to transfer the purchase to another server.

But I hope you will still consider playing with your character on Orsha and take part in the Returning Savior events.

well can you at least issue a refund ??? i don’t see the reason you guys cant

btw, why do North American server players have to pay twice the price for TP? i do not agree that the economic standpoint justifies the structure of the price and as a matter of fact many if not all online games charge same amount of money for the same amount of goods regardless of server location. would have wanted to but some TP’s but i saw the prices i was like “wtf is this?”.

Because SEA or SA players earn less a month and overall their economies are weaker.
If a SEA/SA player plays on NA/EU servers they will have to pay the full price, but SEA/SA servers being a bit cheaper makes sense. Things don’t have the same prices depending on where they’re being sold, you have to take into account the population’s purchasing power (and currency), it’s normal.

i understand that and i guess i can’t do anything about that but what are the odds of a typical NA player knowing this stuff? the main mistake is that they did not separate exclusively the TP shops by region which is problematic.

So, part of this TP is still in an unopened box on my inventory (650TP). Can you guys at least transfer this one?

I think what Letitia is saying is that once you claim it on a character,it can’t be transferred anymore.

Like when the items were initially in your mailbox at character select, before you gave it to any character, they were unbound to anything. They may have been able to help you if it were still in your mailbox, but not once it’s any character inventory.
