Bug Description : Fiancée and me were questing together; completing the quest worked well for her just fine. After taking the quest by talking to Rose, I went to the quest place with the little flag, and got a message that I needed to destroy the crystal pillars. However, the pillars never showed up for me. Whenever I exit and re-enter the assigned questing area, the message pop ups again, but no pillars appear. I even observed other players interacting with said pillars, but they were invisible for me (I just saw the characters do the interact motion, not the pillars). I tried standing next to them and pressing space, but nothing happened.
I tried relogging from character select and restarting the game. I even changed to another map (Novaha Assembly Hall) quickly and went back, still nothing. 
it seems like I’m kind of stuck at this part and I’m afraid to abandon the quest, since I’m not sure if I can simply pick it up again.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Reach Novaha Annex
- Talk to Rose
- Find Edmundas
- Talk to Rose again, she goes to the place you found Edmundas
- Talk to Rose again, game tells you to find and destroy the pillars.
