I’m stuck at Mage Tower 3F, can’t connect in any channel, i got disconnected (Cannot connect to the server) when trying to log in the channels.

Please fix this ■■■■!! I’m saying the problem is with the internet provider from brazil (Oi Velox) because all my friends that have the same problem on the same channels have this internet provider… the others don’t have that problem…
We’re all in the same boat here.
I have the same issue and can’t play since yesterday even though they’ve unstuck my character several times, it always gets stuck again in Main Chamber map, after that, I just can’t get pass lodge screen, there’s only three channels available and none of them work for me. Im from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I could log in with another character and the server was just empty. So, I asume there are hundreds, maybe thousands of players with their main characters stuck who cannot access SA server.
Hmm, that’s giving me headaches already… here in Brazil it looks like it’s a problem with this internet provider only because i have friends that use it as well and have the same problem in the same channels and same maps, while my other friends that have other internet providers never have problem with that… idk what could it be in Argentina. And if i use WTFast program i can connect normaly in the channels but without it i always have problem in the same locations no matter what… and i don’t want to pay for WTFast to play a f2p game x.x
Is there an alternative to WTFast? Because my trial period expired, and I don’t think It should be necessary to use any kind of VPN to access a server that’s supposed to be optimized for my region.
I’ve tried another VPN services but seems only WTFast solved my problem. But my trial period expired as well and i don’t want and wont pay WTFast to play ToS, as you said, the server is supposed to be optimized for us.
Same story here, all other 4 floors of the Mage Tower work fine, but as soon as I enter 3F, I get disconnected and can never log in again.
They unstuck me and said “Don’t enter that map again”.
But… all my quests are in Mage Tower 3F… even main quest. I HAVE to enter that bloody map.
The problem is clearly with your use of an SAO characters name.
