Stuck in loading screen

My character stuck at loading screen again. It happens after maintenance.

Same problem here…
.IPF files damaged and failed to read.

I’m having this issue now as well. Loading seems to get stuck at around 95% nine times out of ten attempts. There’s an audible click suggesting the game has finished loading, but the music doesn’t change and the loading screen does not disappear. This happens on all my characters, whether they’re just logging in, changing zones, or changing channels, and only started happening after the Tuesday maintenance.
I don’t care enough to have my characters unstuck for now, especially since they’re likely to get stuck anytime they zone again anyways. I’d just like to see the problem fixed.

i have found a solution that works 50% of the time for me, not sure if its just chance but its something that you can try.

play in window mode and right after entering a loading screen minimize the window.
maximize the screen again after you hear the click and the background music.
try it out.

Edit: tested it out a bit more, works reliably for me. has cut loading times dramaticly

I can’t get into game with my character. The client stops working after selecting the character and loading into game.

Edit: Some more information about attempts to fix it.

I used the verify integrity of game cache. Didn’t work, but it did say I was missing 1 file.
I uninstalled the game with Steam’s delete local content. Didn’t work

I am able to get in with another character and tried changing some graphics settings before trying to get into the bugged character. Still not working.

One thing to note, I do hear some sort of click before the error loads up. The music is also running too.

Same problem here. My priest and my ranger are stuck in the same place at Tenet Garden.

Those who stuck at loading screen at 95% for longer time. do unequip your armband. it may take 3-5 minutes for your loading screen to reach 100%, once it done, do enquip your armband and your problem solved.

I am able to login to the character when i use another PC, but the problem will arise again maybe after entering few more maps with my original PC. Is this even a bug or a problem?

I’m stuck as well, loading my character in the world and the client crashing with “Client_tos.exe is not responding”. I’ve launched the game multiple times but still had the same problem. Please help.
