i’m struck on the loading screen forever, i suspect it’s the armband that i equiped. plz fix it, i was rly engaged with the character and i don’t think i have the will to create another one. 100+ hours in that character is just too damn much to loose it.

Edit: Hot unstuck, i asked a friend to log in, took a while but he suceeded then i asked him to delete the ■■■■ out of the armband :smiley:

Same for me also, half the time I instantly disconnect.

Also, The application itself is not responding.

This wasn’t an issue on day 1 or day 2 however its been an issue on going for a at least 3 days now. therefore not 3/11 patch related. Honestly I suspect it is a player limit type error

How do I lodge a ticket? below are my details.

We have the same problem, mine stuck at 25% of the loading screen then automatically logs out without popping an error message… sad

Don’t know if this will help but stuck a few days like 3-4 tried running as admin through steam gave me the error “Ipf files are corrupted” uninstalled through steam redownloaded doesn’t crash during load screen anymore for me.

Hi my character is stuck as well at 2/3rd the loading screen. It got stuck first when I used the quest return to go to the Overlong Bridge Map. I closed the client, and now everytime I try to use the char it doesn’t get past the loading screen.

I entered the area for the first time but it never got past the loading screen. I can still hear the music (Server select/Lodge theme) for a few seconds before that cuts out.

Game Control Mode (Mouse)

The loading screen always stuck at almost every map that I enter. This happen before the 2nd week of the maintenance. Before this I could still be able to login and play but on 2nd of November 2015 onward, the loading screen stuck has happen so often that I cannot even play.

PS : I tried to reinstall today morning (6/11/2015) and i am able to login again but the stuck problem came back to me at night time. PLEASE UNSTUCK.

So now it got me too xD

I can hear the bgm and if i press the f keys i can hear the sond of opening menue but on sreen is the loading screen.

It happend when i used the teleport function back to finish the quest uhmm… i think it was Unfinished Commission.

i can run extremely fast on an empty mapif i wait a lot on loading screen

also reading this topic i saw someone saying that it happened after equiping the armband and after unequiping it the problem stopped, i also have that armband equiped but i cant login to unequip it to try to see if it fix it
