Character stuck on loading screen to Tiltas Valley

My main character is stuck in Royal Mausoleum 5F, but after being killed by the boss, so I was respawning right outside it in Zachariel Crossroads.

Map Stuck: Royal Mausoleum 5F (as I said, it was respawning in Zachariel Crossroads)
Starting City: Klaipeda
I tried moving the character in another lodge, changing channel, verify the integrity from Steam and waiting for 10+ minutes in loading screen, nothing changed.
Hi @Kiralushia, we already have moved your character to its starting city. Kindly re-launch the game from Steam and again login your character.
Sorry but since last update I canāt go past loading screen as well on my chars.
It SOMETIMES happens but most of the time the loading feeze and I got rebooted back into the lodge.
Tried everything, from fixing game cache to reinstalling to launching game with really low applications running on background

I donāt know what happened but now Iām unstucked! Iām safe in Klaipeda and I can pass many loading screens without problems!

Bug Description :
I went from the first map Klaipeda side to Klaipeda after killing the big turtle. The loading screen stops loading at about 2/3.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
1 killed the giant turtle bossand before his death animation was completed I exited to the entrance to Klaipeda and now at the loading screen the client crashes

the solution change lodge to log in game no work anymore, i have to login other character in other server and then login again to Telsiai
