Stuck in loading screen, server Orsha

Bug Description :
Stuck in loading screen with highlander, was supposed to be in rukas plateau, it only happens with this character

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. run game
  2. log in orsha
  3. select character
  4. stuck in loading screen

Having the same issues , probably on the same map too , i believe , where u were?

it happened just as I entered rukas plateau, the loading screen froze and now it happens whenever I try to use this character

The same dude , I’ve asked a friend who doesn’t had this problem Yet , to try to taking off my character , try to do it , :wink: if it works i’ll tell you

Dude , it worked , ask a friend to take him out of there , and be happy , after I’ll tray to get there again to see if I will be stucked again , see ya

  • Yeah , ask a friend to log in , on your acc , and he will take it out of there , just as i said , my friend did it , so i’m free walking on city , testing to see if i will stuck in some other place

had this problem too, all I needed to do was verify integrity of game cache and the issue was fixed.
