Stuck in a bugged/broken guild where I cannot disband/leave, and neither can my friends

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
-When I created a guild, using an already disbanded guild name, it allowed me to create the guild but I was presented with a lot of issues.
The guild name/logo above my team name/title shows up half of the time, whenever i’m being instanced between towns and stages.
On the lucky days where I am able to see the guild name over my team name, I can open the alt+g guild menu but a problem still remains. The guild members/roster does not show a single name, including mine.
I have two friends who joined the guild and are stuck with the same problems presented before, we cannot see our names in the guild roster to leave and disband the guild.
NONE of us are using addons, nor have we downloaded or touched any addons in the past.
We all have completely uninstalled and re-installed Tree of Savior, without any luck of fix.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Disband a guild with the name ‘Love’
2. Create a guild a day after with the name ‘Love’ and get an error that the “guild already exists.”
3. Wait a day later and for some odd reason try to get the guild name ‘Love’ again, and succeed somehow.
4. ???
5. Congratulation you may have a bugged guild in your hands.

I hope we can somehow fix this! This has been going on for an entire week .

UPDATE
The latest patch on 1/29/2019 seemed to have fixed the problem.
Not sure how, but i’m not complaining.
Let’s hope it stays this way
