(STUCK) I can't login my character! Gateway of the Greater King map

Hello,
I can’t login my character. I was on loading screen to Gateway of the Greater King… Everytime i try to login the loadscreen just start loading and stop in about 15% of loading and the game just close… I’ve tried all the channels, i’ve reinstalled the game, i’ve EVEN reinstalled the windows…
Trust me i’ve tried everything i could…
I feel cheated i paid for something i cannot play and no one even answer…
Its already a whole day without playing my cleric :frowning2:

Character name: Ryo
Family name: Ryomoko
Server : Orsha

EDIT: Still not working after the update…

They should add an “Unstuck” button in character selection to teleport all characters or one of them to main city. And put an 1h cooldown or something :confused:

Yes, this solution. I try login with a another char and enter, but with my main stuck…

No one from the staff or whoever bothered to fix this?! I’m experiencing this too. It sucks that this went 8 days without anyone helping. Jeez, release a game early and make people pay, but PLEASE HELP THEM. We’re frigging stuck at loading. It’s our main characters too! So disappointed.
