[STUCK] DCed from the game and can't log back from character selection

Bug Description :
I was playing with my lv89 archer @ Royal Mauseleum 5F CH3 Orsha Server inside a quest then suddenly got disconnected from the server (my internet connection was still ok). At first my character froze, then the game said I got disconnected from server and were being sent back to character selection. At character selection I tried to relog and found that I couldn’t select a channel. My friends says that i’m still in-game. When I log in another character, they only see the older character logged in (Dranna, in this case) and not the actual character I’m logged in. I can’t see my friendlist and can’t whisper anyone in-game in another character.

What is happening? I tryied everything from closing the game to deleting and making a new character. Been 1hr since I got disconnected, I want to play!
Maybe if a GM kick my character from the game I could log it back, or idk…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Launch the game via steam;
  2. Select Orsha as the server;
  3. Selecter Dranna at character selection;
  4. Try to select a Channel and fail;
  5. Click start anyway just because;
  6. Fail and cry;

The problem should have been fixed by now. Could you try connecting again?

I had that problem too but now I can choose the channel but it will say “Commander load fail” but it only happens to that one particular character of mine. Other characters I can log in normally…

John, i was trying to get in Tenet Church 2f for 1 hour now, and now almost all my chars are getting CommanderLoadFail.

Server: Orsha
Team: OooO
Char name: Tyiv, Yvis and Vyiv

I still can’t. Now I get “CommanderLoadFail” when I try to log in on Dranna. Atleast now I can see 6 Channels, i guess.

IF you’ll be teleporting us out of the current map:

It keeps kicking me back to the login screen still. I’m restarting the client now.

I logged in one, then warped to Orsha (I was at Feldimian or something) and got CommanderLoadFail again! WTF? ): @STAFF_John

My other characters log in just fine but I get that CommanderLoadFail message and then it kicks me back to the server selection.

This is the exact same experience I am getting with my main character. I cannot connect with one of my characters, but the others are fine. The last thing that happened in game with my main character consists of switching maps, then the map and all my normal ui functioning being distorted. I could still move around but was not in a loading screen. After switching characters for 30 mins or so, I went back to my main character and was not able to enter into server, just getting kicked back to server selection. I imagine this is a fix that require’s GM / Developer attention.
