so the 2nd npc in the game ive come to tells me to spend a status point by clicking F1, i click F1 and nothing is there, no option ot increase stats… so stuck and cant progress? server lag?
yes is just server lag if you are level 2 and dont have any points

They weren’t thinking, period. There were like 4 servers during the iCBT2 which had a population of about half this amount. They had to open up a fourth server because of flaming (due to traffic caused by a minority group). If they had learned from this, they would have looked at the sales numbers for the DLC and worked with a proportionate amount of servers.
iCBT1’s servers worked really well, so I have no clue what they’re doing differently.
so what do I do? I cant seem to progress past level 2 here and stuck at this npc? If i wait long enough will the option show up?
If you want to wait and be patient, it will probably take 15-30 minutes of sitting there to get the quest to hand in, or something. You can try switching channels to see if it tricks it into letting you do it quicker, but for the most part this is just a giant lag issue and is nothing really new. Simply waiting around will do the trick. You might be able to go farm monsters while you wait though.
i lost mood right now as well x.x and thats rare…lagged my life through - changed channels 24/7 just to get 1 quest done…impossible to play like this!!! i even changed settings as low as humanly possible tho i can play high settings in far more needy games wich is kinda like an insult >.> feels like wasted money and ya im salty
can say w/e they want x.x we cried 24/7 for an Eu server and suddenly they announce one 1 hour after the 2 other servers are up x.x “ops we sold more packs than expected last minute” >.> sure x.x you had 4 hours time after the official announcement that you got trouble with the server and during this time nobody checked current sales? sure x.x feels great to be stuffed into a lil server with a 5 billion years waiting Q and random dcs every now and then…wondering if eastern coast guys got same trouble
for now…cant finish any more quests x.x sitting since 3 hours i nfront of that silly “save the monk destroy 4 pillars” quest and cant finish it cause he never talks…same been with the bokor master x.x been sitting 30+ mins changing channels and what not to get that one quest done

icbt1 was a real close beta
icbt2 they handed keys to unlimited number of people on a limited time
its all about traffic
and that’s relevant, because…? They could have used the numbers from iCBT1 as an example of a healthy number of players, and settled the cap for each server to that number, or a bit higher. I don’t see how semi-open and closed beta are different. Both gave the results, where iCBT2 was a lot closer to a realistic result. The results were taken, and “examined”, and clearly they learned nothing.
Admittedly, iCBT1 was a bit of a ghost town at times though.

icbt2 probably broke the bank
we got a problem like this in iCBT2. they sloved this issue by open more server
but iCBT2 “is free” so people can wait. this time is different because people are pay to get in (for a month) so you have every rights to complain
ps. The game mediocre in korea, didn’t make much of a profit. that’s why they need a paid early access, milking the hype…and people fall for it
