HI, one of my characters cant start the game, when clic start return to the login screen, what can i do?
You can file a support ticket! Try to specify which map you’re stuck at.
How know the map with the character bug?
Well if you aren’t stuck at a map then you’re stuck at lodge, you have to specify which one.
Im only stuck with a character, the other can play normally, but dont remember the map name
Just file the support ticket with what you know and they should be able to help you from there
When try to send a ticket i get the message “Please authenticate your steam account .” but to log in TOS forum need a facebook or google account, and i ask why just dont log with steam account, have more sense i think.
