I got 100% at class 14, but it does not lvl up to 15 and the class advancement quest does not come up.
I have tried to change map and log in/out. Nothing helps.

Even if the game showed it as 100% is was 99,99%.

Sometimes show 100%, but actually is about 99,9999%.
Kill some monsters and level up.
