STRUCK with main quest in mine 3F ! Please fix this

I need someone to look at my SERIOUS bug problem ASAP
server : SEA
team name : Cascades
character name : Cascade
location : Crystal mine 3F
Quest bug : Rescue the villagers
Case : After retreiving the emoticon scroll in big chest, the game run smoothly but… no cinematic-like scene was displayed which the character untie the villagers the spiders started crawling up to the mount.

Please… I struck for around 2 hour trying every ways such as abandon quest, change channel, logout. even reinstalling the game
please communicate with tech team ASAP since i don’t want my vacation to end like this…

Try to party with someone who is doing the same quest and see if it fix, i had similar problem on the first iCBT and when my friend came to play with me she triggered the quest and i could complete it.

Doesn’t work for me. Have also tried another channel, abandoned the quest, logout…I just can’t complete it
