Strongest Swordsman classes in CBT3: Barbarian again

The strongest swordsman class in CBT2 was Barbarian due to the Frenzy buff having crazy stacks and no damage cap.
In CBT3 Frenzy was fixed, but now it’s Aggressor that’s making Barbarians OP again.

I was hoping that the balance would be done well enough so that Barbarian’s buffs and damage are not so strong to a point that it blows other classes out of the water, but in practice this is what’s happening again. Which other classes can achieve 2k or 3k continuous auto attack crits like Barbarian does? Once again, to do good damage as a Swordsman, Barbarians are again pretty much necessary. A build without Barbarian c2 in it cannot hope to compete with one that has Barbarian c2 in it.

Here’s to hoping they fix this in CBT4 so that Barbarians aren’t “necessary” in any decent dps build.

Until we see the real end game we can’t really compare too much but Barbarians seem to be a bit overpowered considering 90% of the Swordman seem to go that way, I have barely seen any other type of Swordman on the Korean beta.

Its Highlander two hand mastery attribute what make the class most Op + Barbarian + Swordman buffs… I saw barbarian with hits like 5600k…Archer have high damage too now in Cbt3… but most pussiest class are Clerics… They are more good at supporting than dealing high damage…

Those damage are with a skill though his regular crits are 745 dmg, I can hit 1400 with a skill and I’m a level 94 tank, they are still balancing a lot, on the korean beta we have had about 2 balance patch a day, they are changing and tweaking things, that’s good.

I’m all for the “bring other classes to the level of the strong one” train of thought. If the other classes could bring more to the table then more people would choose those since this type of Barbarian is just auto-attacking all day.

I disagree all swordsmans have is to rely on auto atks…they dont have hardly any aoes…you wanna take away auto attack damage too?? …they gonna be crap and nobodys gonna pick them…theres pros and cons to every class just cause they are exelling in one thing doesnt make it op because other classes are exelling at other things like mobbing,pvp,bossing…doesnt make them op…there just good at that play style

LOL hardly any aoes… Tell that to my Peltasta/Rodelero, I’ve got plenty, I can on packs of 20-30 mobs easily.

Fair enough, they are really made to be built for auto attack, if people want to be a warrior and use skills they will need to go with Hoplite or Cataphract for DPS.
