That sarcastic remark is the root of the problem. People generalizing a person behavior because of their nationality. Im not saying americans are not victims of this sometimes as we get the we are fat, and jerks stigma attached to ours. The kicker is that many self-claimed Americans tend to use derogatory terms to describe foreign players a lot, that not me saying it, a few minutes searching this and other games forums would yield the same conclusion.

Let me ask you this then, Why did the leadership or anybody online not told that guy to take down the obviously offensive comment?
I play on WoW emerald dream realm(might not mean anything to you, but trust me it matters, google it if you want), which gives me enough insight to know that attempt at pissing the phoenix group was deliberate and not just a guy having fun. All of that is based on the painfully obvious fact people from Klap have openly posted on the forums about how they want anybody not from NA to leave to other servers, just FYI.

Oki with this, i take my leave from the pvp drama as there is never winners to this type of argument anyways.

You say it’s sarcastic but it’s right on the money of what you said. Generalizations exist for a reason and if you had read the whole thread then you’d see that said generalizations aren’t wrong as they have acted them out.

Also what’s wrong with an NA server? I mean if you’re fine with an EU and SEA server then having an NA server shouldn’t be a bad thing.

There is one thing you BR players don’t get. There’s a reason people dislike you in almost every mmorpg, sure there are good br players, but the vast majority of you is the reason you are brought up in almost every mmorpg and thats a fact. This NA server should be for english speaking people only. And those who ONLY speak english as i’ve said in my other comment. This is not about racism this is about the typical BR gamer. Sure you could be a nice person and so could your guild members, but that’s no excuse for about 90% of you out there who like the ruin the game for others for absolutely no reason, but to be toxic. They need to make a latin server so we don’t have to deal with that behavior on the english servers any more.

You realize that it’s been stated by multiple people now that this was a Brazilian member of ‘Infinity’ doing this of their own volition?
It’s not as if they went after PD, PD is the one that went after the leader, declared their war, and started this whole mess while blaming ‘Infinity’ every step of the way.

The behavior of PD has been nothing but the usual disgusting victim-complex shielded playground-stomping I’ve come to expect from BRs from two decades of MMO playing; whereas ‘Infinity’ has been nothing out of the ordinary. Unlike Wyrm and his guild members/convinent defenders they may have been condescending or rightfully upset, but never actively hostile in any serious manner, let alone telling the other guild to ‘kill themselves’ and that they were a dozen variations of ‘retarded’.

But pissing people off is fun. Haven’t you ever heard of roasting before? See, there was so much PD could’ve responded with, about Infinity being a bunch of neckbeard tryhards, weeaboo memesters, waifu-collecting autists, etc. But instead they just went to war. Going straight to war before having some fun exchanges is pretty lame.

Well considering that Brazil makes up about half of ToS’s playerbase, I’d say they deserve their own server. Smashing two continents of people together isn’t necessarily a good idea, especially when that creates a large cultural and language barrier that most people won’t bother to overcome. IMC won’t segregate the community so the players segregate themselves, and it builds tension. Well, at least it does if people actually take video games seriously, but surely nobody would do that, right?

There nothing wrong with an NA server, what wrong is your idea that only NA players should be allowed in it, which btw you hinted from your comments. Yes, my comment was a generalization of the “Klap player” that have posted offensive comments on the forums. Then again dont compare mine to your xenophobic comments.

Actually, thas bullshi.t aswell.
Especially kleipedia is for me more a international server.
I play there from europe, play there with asians.
We all speak english, more or less.
But why cant they have a chat in their own language in a town? As long as they dont shout brbrretard or any language besides english, or talk this shi.t in a group dungeon you just got into, then thats totaly fine.
While the Beta was flooded with retarded BR’s, this days i dont see much of a problem.

You haven’t played many mmorpgs with BR players on it then have you? I am talking from years of experience dealing with these toxic players. It’s not BS its truth. The amount that it is brought up on this game is proof enough.

So SEA servers for SEA players, EU servers for EU players, but NA servers for everyone? I think I’ve heard this childish stance somewhere before…

The purpose and benefits of regional servers are broad and far-reaching, is there any reason to force the game-majority NA players to share with another large, carnivalistic, foreign demographic?

Just calling everything you don’t like ‘racist’ or ‘xenophobic’ (this isn’t some playground where we’re suppossed to share our toys, it’s a social and competitive setting with strict rules and limits.) doesn’t change the fact that it’s not only what works, but is the sensible option when it comes to scenarios like this. @George_Washington is right, NA players deserve a server and Brazilians should be separate from them, preferably with their own; and IMC’s failure to do this has resulted in tension and players attempting self-segregate.

Did you miss the point of my post? That’s exactly what I was advocating. Not a region lock on International servers, but an NA-centric server and an option for Brazilians to be given the same right.

I don’t know why you’re offended like a catlady elementary school teacher over a student asking why their black colleague looks ‘burned’, but there’s no reason other than your poor values system to think of urging players to, and if necessary enforcing, use regional servers as a bad thing in a game that (for now) has a healthy, paying userbase of 30,000+.

Edit: I’m getting tired of the “I WON STFU YOU RACIST” posts and will attempt to filter through them in the future.
