But has there been an official response from a Admin that streaming ToS is allowed? There have been a few cases, where people streamed the ToS and got banned several hours later.
I’m also having issues with Twitch, it would be nice if someone would stream to YouTube instead.
Usually a Mod will come to your channel and warn you to not stream this game if there is a NDA. I see streamers there and tofu (http://www.twitch.tv/healthytofu) seems consistent so far and hasn’t gotten banned so I assume it’s okay to stream on twitch.

Twitch is still using Flash and has not rolled out their HTML5 player, yet.
I would suggest taking a look at ‘Livestreamer’ for watching streams. There is even a Twitch.tv GUI for Livestreamer.

You can also use youtube links with livestreamer (not the twitch GUI) and hitbox.tv links as well.
With that being said, I would also look at streaming from YouTube or HitBox.tv as they don’t cap their bitrate at 3500, if I remember correctly.

Well uploading videos is allowed but streaming isn’t.
Do you have a source for this claim? I see several people streaming just fine.
