So this is a work in progress and meant entirely to teach others what NOT to do if you like having others to depend on. 
First off, Story time!
My last party (or 3) was for a demon/mutant creature type instanced dungeon. My build is 1clr/2priest/1pally named _Abel on Both Orsha & klaip.
I was quite obviously erasing entire 20-30mob groups after zerging ahead grabbing the groups myself while tanking,healing,buffing,resing & setting campfires for the group. I happen to have a cleric (1clr/3priest) by the name of (Birddy-klaipeda) who had this thing about only healing himself and others only getting healed by him if his 1 cast 5 tiles had any extra after healing himself. Again he wasn’t buffing, wasn’t auto attack or skilling was just healing himself while following a good (safe) distance behind the group.
Now I have this thing about always keeping my team at FULL health. But sometimes you get those funny guys. That 1clr/3priest told me I need to start healing the team…now Ive kept them top from the start and watched him do nothing (keep in mind all the roles I play in every group at once)
-Round 2! I unluckily get that same cleric, but another one joins! hey 3 cleric party who doesn’t like that?! not more then 30 seconds in after solo erasing the first 80 mobs grouped up myself rushing past everyone afk the new healer(supposedly) 1clr/3priest/1chap (unknown name) says “hey!” so I reply “ye?” He tells me to move. (Note ive just been throwing down heal tiles which stun you in place for a moment after casting) So I tell him ive been moving but he just doesn’t get it.
I sit down for a moment far behind and watch as the group goes from full where id been keeping them to nearly wiping over and over and dps comes to a complete halt with no one at even 50% life at any time. The 1archer/3QSer (StarShard-OrshaI showed them who had the highest dps by explaining and linking my gear. Then I let them slug through for 5 whole minutes as they did not move more then 20 mobs.
I walked up and grabbed 30-40 mobs while they were occupied and erased them right near them. At this point everyone stops and stands for a moment the swordie laughing silently in the back. Then as the decent @sshole I am I go through and increase dps by around 2.5x the rest the group every moment humiliating the QSer and derp healers alike while the QS3 stops about ten times through out the last part including the boss fights just to explain how much his butt hurt.
I enjoy idiots. I fkn love weak bags that end up in my groups and try to act like I’m doing less then them. Because up til now I’ve humiliated all my lovely haters. So by all means. If you are that guy. Join Orsha preferably or klaip and get in my groups.
