Stop Making R8 Classes, Make better lower ranks instead (r2-r5)

and please make another rank reset event :prince:

Well, they promised Master classes once in a dev blog, but then never again.

As far as I remember it was R1-5 having a master circle that is on par with R8 Classes.

I’d personally like that, but it doesn’t seem to be in IMCs plans anymore.

IMC better re-work for the whole class system.

"Hello chuubert!

We appreciate your enthusiasm for the game. We will take this as a feedback from you and forward to the proper department for them to review and see what changes can be done in the future.

Thank you for playing Tree of Savior!

true !!
damn my linker 3 thaum 3 with no upgrade pevordimas staff clears mobs faster than my cannoneer with +16 primus cannon. every intense balancing ever done in this game is pointless.

talk about balancing
right now, Sage can 1hit-ko-snipe people from far greater distance and do much more damage than the Musketeer himself.
@GM_Francis
Don’t believe me? come play Gemstone Feud on Telsiai. come disguise yourself and play.
those Sage will kill you before you can even see them. they’re abusing the skill and there are alots of them in there.
Dimension Compression needs the Shadow Thorn treatment ASAP. nerf it in PVP only.

look at their weapon and gears too.:wink::wink:

is that why they can shoot from miles away? wow you learn new thing everyday eh :wink::wink:

Hmmm that makes no sense, as the game progresses and more content gets released (level expansions, harder dungeons, etc) it makes no sense investing in low rank classes that will most likely be of little (or no) use in that kind of content

It only makes sense to release rank 8 (end-game) classes, to keep up with these new contents
I mean what would be the point of releasing a rank 2 class like pyro-cryo in the current state of the game

ohh what do you mean like shadow thorn ?
what did they do to that skill ?
im planning to roll shadowmancer for pvp coming r10

Before doing that they should add more offensive skills to shop classes (squire, pardoneer, alchemist, etc) for an alternative build, kinda like appraiser does but deeper, so we don’t have to be forced to go into the offensive alternative if we don’t agree with the shop alternative

I would like to emphasize the in PVP only part. Even with R10 Sage C3 doesn’t look like anyone’s first choice for pve DPS build besides being red colored in the rank symbols.

IMC target locking allows you to lock on target 1/3 off screen with Dimension Compression

at first this attribute worked on people so it made Shadowmancer OP in PVP before.

now with Dimension Compression it’s pretty much the same with Shadow Thorn back then.
it needs a nerf or two but in PVP only just like Shadow Thorn.

From my knowledge, this is just the range of the skill. Very Big. Even if you are still locked onto a target and they go too far (out of the range of the skill obviously), the skill won’t fire and will say something like ‘There is no target in sight.’ In any case, the skill can definitely use some tweaking in PvP with the range and/or damage. If the tooltip is correct and doubles the damage at full charge, then it’s a 5,702% x 4 (22808% total, @max attribute) SFR as a single target ranged nuke, with 2 overheat. I’m definitely not complaining, though. :sunglasses:

It definitely fires…

Most people just die without seeing the sage even in the default field of view

Top 2 cancerous class : sage, pd-zealot

It fires if it’s within the range of the skill, which I said earlier is very large. As you said, it’s most likely larger than the default max zoom (which isn’t very much at all). They could implement the TBL zoom in Gem Feud or just everywhere really. But I don’t know the reasons, if any, that it would only be implemented in TBL.
