Can someone explain to me how this skill works? It says Block+(480+SPR*4). Dont you think this is too huge multiplier for block?

No, block is not that good to begin with. Not to mention all magic bypasses it and several physical mobs also outright ignore it. Pretty sure it’s a diminishing effect anyway.
Besides due to the buff limit it means you’d risk 25s of no physical defense buff just to use stone skin properly for the entire party. Safety zone helps a bit though.
And the spr scaling is nice, but you’re far more tanky with a dex/spr hybrid then a pure spr build due to evasion.
