Bug Description : Stone Curse in Elementalist promises 50% increased fire/kinetic damage to petrified monsters. I used hellbreath on normal enemies and normal bosses, then petrified them and used hellbreath and dealt the same amount of damage as without petrify.

Thats is true, same here.
Those interactions were removed.
Same happened with lightning against frozen enemies.
The tooltip is still wrong though, which is misleading to many players.
This is an issue in the KR description as well. This makes it difficult to know if the skill itself is bugged or if it’s simply a tooltip error that exists in both regions.
Regardless, I will attempt to come to a conclusion and either bring it forth to IMC as a bug that needs to be fixed or remove it from our tooltip.
