so put in to get team name reset got message that it was received and got a response and yet still my team name has not been reset anyone else with similar situation? Did anyone get their name reset?
My name was reset. Are you sure you requested a name reset for the correct server when you submitted your ticket? If so, maybe submit a new ticket explaining that you never received your reset.
Yes I am sure. I filled out the team name reset form that was on the support section before the deadline and I only have characters on one server.
