i bought a founders pack last 4/4/2016 , just started playing few days ago and i havent receive anything in game yet

thx for the reply man, guess cant really help it oh well… theres no one even answering my ticket on on the support so ya.

lol wtf… why did you wait so long?

anyway, go read the news. ALL dlc packs were just removed/made unclaimable, “because if you haven’t used it yet, you’re probably not playing” or something, i guess.

submit a ticket.
wait
wait more.
eventually they will reply.

the support team is small. it will probably take a couple of days.

@PrinceMark founders packs didn’t have regions.

it took them 1 month to answer 1 of my tickets.

It took a month for them to answer mine as well. Guess they have a pattern on when to answer tickets. You should file a ticket 1 month ahead of the problem lmao
