I simply can’t redeem the 300 TP I bought on the 28th December, 2016. Steam did confirm payment almost instantly and since then I’ve been trying to redeem my TP ingame without sucess. I’ve already sent 3 tickets, but I’ve only got seemingly automatic answers so far and nothing’s been done to solve the issue, reason why i’m turning to the forums now.

I really just wish for my TP to be brought to my account. I’m starting to wonder whether IMC even cares about its (paying) costumers, it’s been almost a week already since the last answer I’ve got from support on 01/11/2017:
"We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Please be informed that we already forwarded this issue to our proper department for investigation and possible fix.
We only request for your patience and understanding while this is on-going."
Seriously, with such delay to solve such an important business matter, I’ll definetely be reluctant to buy TP or recommend it to anyone again in the future.
IMC step your game up and solve this issue already, please!
