Still can't purchase items in Crystal Mine Feud Shop

Bug Description : I cannot purchase things in the Gem Feud shop.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open Shop
  2. Put in 2000 coins for blessed gem
  3. press exchange
  4. It’s inconsistent, shop will either close entirely or stay open while I spam the button but in either case it never takes the coins, it never gives the item, regardless of the item I try to buy.

I recall this happened to me some time ago with the Secret Market event shop. That time, the source of the issue was an older addon used to streamline an older event shop, the Monster Tamer event one (forcing the shop window to stay open after each trade).

I would suggest checking addons just in case, but if you don’t have any then I’m not sure.

Yes, I would really recommend removing all addons first. if that doesn’t work, please send in a Support Ticket with a video. Thank you!
