So its been about an hour and a half and i still cant get my Tos client to launch from steam, any help will be appreciated
Update flash, install the Internet Explorer Version, restart, profit.

Did all that, didnt work lol, BUT i tried other methods and found one that requires me to launch from the root folder with a command line “Client_tos.exe -SERVICE” the command launches the client which steam CANT idk why but now i can play tos, i just need to go through the tedious command line every time
