Still can't log in my account

I have this problem for the past 2 weeks now. I have openned 6 tickets. First, i got a replied to try a few steps and it didnt work. I openned a second ticket and guess what? Same reply to try the steps. I then openned a third ticket and a fourth and a fifth and a sixth and guess what? No concrete answer, nothing to solve my problem. Again: its been 2 weeks now. No, I am no BOT/Gold Seller, I dont even have my teamname wrongly in the BOT/GOLDSELLER list like happened with a few ppl from other servers. Seriously?!! Will I have to open thousands of posts/tickets to get someone into it? I havent open another one till now, beeing patient enough already!!

I was doing mission at post mercenary, got dc and since then, cant log in.

I bought founder’s pack because I wanted to play and mostly because a friend of mine called me to join her. I honestly am trying for the last time, cause I have no patience anymore. Not to mention 2 weeks of token I just lost and will continue too if nobody resolves the damn issue. This is truly an non care situation and Silute players are always left for last.
If at least I can get a concrete answer: no, you wont get ur acc back or 2 days i’ll give u a position, that would be really great.

I did not understand! I never used any add on that wasnt allowed!! If fact, this add on its mentioned was realeased by a guy after my acc was blocked anyway! Are you really gonna check it or what?

I enjoy the post to clarify: now NO add on are allowed?! Not even the ones that doesnt change anything? Like the one that shows unexplored part of the maps??!

Edit: I just checked again the ban/abuse list, my acc shows in: none. My name is not even there!! How the hell u explain that?
