go to 2nd floor royal mosel, thats where I got mine and it was already there waiting for me the moment I got there. I checked every channel, and there was a rune at the same spot. its pretty unpopular compared to the 5th floor area. Playing at telsia server, got my rune 2 days ago.

got mine from 5f just look at the time in the mini map and make sure its exactly an hour or 30 mins
