Still can't enter dungeons

2. Fail to work

Bug Description : Can’t get into a dungeon. Says 0/5 and 100 total waiting queue. I just queue for missions, dungeon, Saalus and other right after the server maintenance, but all of them have the same bug for all char. Entering dungeon alone seems to work. But when I queue with party there won’t be anyone the bug affect both me and the party member as well.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Try to queue for dungeon
2. Fail to work
3. Re queue and wait and nothing happen at all
