Please let us purchase TP with Steam wallet credits so everyone living on different countries will be able to buy TP regardless of other restrictions about payment methods from country to country.

From the FAQ:

TP is the abbreviation of Tree of Savior Points.
TP are points you can use to change your team/character’s name, purchase exclusive TP items and others.

Here’s how you can earn TP:

  1. Accumulate TP for free
  • Every 2 hours you get 1 TP, whether you are accessing the game or not.
  • However, you must have created a team name in the corresponding server to accumulate TP.
  • TP are accumulated free of charge when your total TP is between 0 and 4.
  • Once your total TP reaches 5, you can no longer accumulate TP for free.
  1. Purchasing TP
    - After purchasing TP using Steam cash, the TP will be delivered to the message box in your barrack.
  • After the TP in your message box is transferred to your inventory, you can buy premium items in the TP Shop.

Seems like you already can.
