hi guys i’ve been waiting for TOS…now its on steam i tried to dl it… my question is can we really download it in advance? cause i fear that i dl it now then it would be change later then my dl and time would come to waste… tnx in advance 
You need to download the game in order to buy the DLC.
So, everyone who bought the DLC has been downloading and patching the game. There may be additional patches released before the server opens on Mar 29, but I can not see any reason why you would need to re-download the entire game before that date.

thanks for answering, just confirming the download, im from Philippines and sadly 7gb file takes alot of time…so im gonna start to download the game patiently without worrying… again TY no plan for the DLC, just gonna wait for the opening of the game…
