I am looking to buy a game pad for TOS. I am borrowing a ps4 controller atm and it works very well. But there are many parts of the game that requires mouse. I am considering the steam controller for this game due to its build in mouse pad. Any thoughts guys? I would like your recommendations if you got any.
I use the steam controller and sometimes it’s nice to be able to do some things without using the mouse. However, I still often do use the mouse for things that involve a lot of clicking like selling items to npc, navigating the market, repairing, etc.
I enjoy it more than a regular controller though personally. Up to you though.
I just use a Logitech Gamepad C310. Works great for me and I like it’s PS2-ish design.
I don’t like large/thick controllers. I’m fine with using the mouse for menus. I alt-tab and multitask a lot anyways.
