it becomes completely unresponsive when the ToS loader or game is in the foreground unlike any other game ive tried with the steam controller. i expect it has something to do with the anti-hacking program.
hopefully a patch can fix it soon?
I can confirm that the controller is unresponive when ToS is active. If you re-start the controller while playing, you can see input for a second or two, after which nothing.
My Xbox360 controller is also completely unresponsive when the Steam Controller is turned on.
You need to run Steam as admin. That should fix the issue.
