Steam authentication necessary?

Hi,
i just found out about ToS and as i still love Ragnarök Online i got a little bit hyped :smiley:.

A part of the old CBT1 Announcement says:
“i. STEAM does not provide email information of Steam accounts. Hence, the keys will be sent only to those who have authenticated their STEAM accounts with the accounts in our official website(treeofsavior.com.)”

With this they mean those ppl who only have given their Steam-information, right?

I searched the Forum and read a few Post i could find an definite answer to my Question:
“Do i need to authenticate my Steam Account with treeofsavior.com to be eligible for the beta?”

You just have to login with your google account in this forum and wait imc send your key for your gmail (don’t forget to check your spam folder)

I did both logged in with G+ and authenticated steam and then i sacrificed a goat so i’m sure to get in.

Wait…G+ but not facebook account? O_o

So that explain why all of my friend can’t got into first beta except me :scream:

You can log in with FB account and still get key. It’s just whatever email is attached to the thing you logged in with. I just believe that a lot of us have logged in with G+ instead of FB (I don’t have FB and somehow I had a G+… Google is taking over).

I don’t use either, but i use gmail so i guess i have g+ then too.

I used FB and authenticated my Steam account, and the Goat thing sound good too. :grin:

I did the authentication thing onto my G+ and I made a Github(Although I don’t do a thing on it) Just for my OCD in having everything registered to something.

Although I did notice that my authenticated STEAM shows my older username other than the newer one that I changed to.
