Hello, last night I bought your game on steam. I bought Founder’s server exclusive access 1 (50% off). However, me and a friend of mine cannot play.
- On the game store page, it says that the game is already in our library
- However, the game is not visible in our game library.
- If we click “Play” button, nothing happens and we get back to the game store page.
It is unfortunate that after we bought the game, we cannot play it at all. Please help us as soon as possible, because we were really looking forward to play that interesting game. If you need any further information, please contact me again.
