plz check this it a long time still not decrease cooldown
plz see cool down is still current of skill cooldown all skill , when use skill it happen seem thing the cooldown is still current skill cooldown
Known bug. Use laima after zemyna or weaponswap. First skill used wont get the effect but everything after that will work properly.
why still not fix it?
