Statue of Goddess Vakarine - Can never use it?

I’m a Diev C1 and have this skill and it never works. I activate it and it brings up the map - I select a location and click and it just stays on the map and doesn’t let me warp.

Is there a fix or work around to have this work?

If you are using Simple Warp addon it is bugged for the statue, remove it and try again.
