Stats/Skills potions from pack issue?

Hello, I started playing ToS since friday and I bought the 50$ pack. I was aware of all those bonuses but I didn’t know everything was character bound and not account bound.

So I took the bonuses and used them on my first character. The thing is, I’m still exploring all the classes and I was unaware of those stats and skill potions being unique. And if I remember correctly, It was sent as a bundle and I had to take it so I could get the Premium benefits.

Is there anyway to get them back to my mails or to send them to another account? I didn’t use it , I paid 50 bucks for this and now my potions are probably lost :frowning:
I sent 2 supports tickets and didn’t have any answers at the moment.

If you’ve already retrieved them from your mailbox in the character selection screen, you should be able to see them on your character’s inventory. If not, check your mailbox again. It’s also recommended to directly contact IMC support.

Yeah I see them in my inventory but the issue is actually that they are character bound. I do not want to use them on any of my character right now but I did the mistake to take them on one of my character.

I’ve a support ticket on going but I’ve no answers since 2 days.
I’ve posted it here so an admin can see this.

Yes, it’s unfortunately character bound. I think they did put up a warning when you’re about to retrieve the items that they’d be non-transferrable.

Even tho. They could at least help me out. I paid 50$ and mostly only to support them.
